Dick's Community Towing & Transport - Morgan Hill - Online Auction

Dick's Community Towing & Transport is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout Santa Clara County and its surrounding areas. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. All vehicles sold by the Seller are sold pursuant to CA Civil Code § 3071 and § 3072

There will be a 14% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle. Buyers must pay for their purchases prior to the close of the pickup period. NO CHECKS.

THE BUYER'S PREMIUM WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION

THE INVOICE BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH TO THE TOW COMPANY.  NO CREDIT CARDS, OR CHECKS ACCEPTED.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
