Bobs Towing - Campbell - Online Auction

  Bobs Towing is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout Santa Clara County. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. All vehicles sold by the Seller are sold pursuant to CA Civil Code § 3071 and § 3072

There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle.

THE BUYER'S PREMIUM WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION

THE INVOICE BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH TO THE TOW COMPANY.  NO CREDIT CARDS, OR CHECKS ACCEPTED.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
